Kanban View
Visualize and manage your content objects as a Kanban board grouped by a status field.
What this plugin does
The Kanban View plugin replaces the default content list grid for configured content types with a drag-and-drop Kanban board. Content objects become cards, grouped into columns based on the values of a designated status or stage field. Moving a card between columns automatically updates the status field value in Flotiq - no form opening required. This makes editorial and production workflows significantly more visual and intuitive. Instead of scanning a list and filtering by status, editors and managers see the full picture of where all content stands at once - what is in Draft, what is in Review, what is Approved, and what is Published - and can act on it directly by dragging cards. The plugin is configured per content type: you select the content type to display as a board and choose the enum or select field whose values become the column headers. Any field with a defined set of values can drive the board layout, making the plugin flexible enough for editorial workflows, project tracking, bug triage, or any other use case that benefits from a board view.

Install in Flotiq
Follow these steps to get the plugin running in your Flotiq account.
Go to Plugins in the Flotiq sidebar
Select Plugins from the left sidebar in your Flotiq dashboard.
Enable Kanban View
Click the + icon next to Kanban View to install and enable it. The UI will reload.
Open plugin settings
Click Manage, then click Add item to create a board configuration.
Configure the board
Select the Content Type. Choose the Column field name - the select or radio field whose values become Kanban columns (each possible value becomes one column). Set the Title field (text field displayed as the card title). Optionally set an Image field (relation to media) and Additional Fields (text, number, select, dateTime, etc.) to show on cards.
Save and open the board
Click Save changes. Navigate to the configured content type - the Kanban board replaces the default list. Drag cards between columns to update their status field.
