Custom Links
Add custom quick-link buttons to the Flotiq editor sidebar for frequently used external tools.
What this plugin does
The Custom Links plugin lets administrators add configurable shortcut buttons to the Flotiq editor sidebar. Each button is a link - to an external tool, a staging environment, a CRM record, a Jira ticket, or any other URL - and can be configured to include values from the content object's own fields using a template syntax (e.g. https://my-blog/post/{slug}). This makes it easy to build contextual links that are unique per content object. For example, a link that opens the corresponding page in your analytics platform, or a link that navigates directly to the matching record in your CRM - all built from field values in the current object using curly-brace interpolation. Nested fields and list fields are also supported (e.g. {internal.createdAt} or {addresses[0].city}). Administrators configure the links once per content type; editors see the resulting buttons in the sidebar whenever they open an object of that type. Links can be restricted to specific content types or shown globally across all types, depending on how each link item is configured.
Custom sidebar shortcuts
Add links to Figma, Jira, Slack, staging sites, or any URL editors need frequently.
Field interpolation in URLs
Build dynamic links using content field values - e.g., link to the object in your CRM.
Admin-configured, editor-friendly
Admins set up the links once; editors just click - no training required.
Install in Flotiq
Follow these steps to get the plugin running in your Flotiq account.
Go to Plugins in the Flotiq sidebar

Configure the link
Enter the URL template - use curly braces for field values (e.g. https://my-blog/post/{slug}). Enter the Link name template for the button label (e.g. Section management). Optionally restrict to specific Content types - if left empty, the link appears for all content objects.
