My name is Magdalena Sobantka, and ever since 2016, I have been immersed in the dynamic world of IT. I began my career as a Project Manager, mastering frameworks, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Over time, however, I discovered that what energizes me most isn't just delivering projects on time and within scope — it's building lasting relationships, aligning diverse perspectives, and creating collaborative value that goes beyond individual assignments. That realization marked the beginning of my shift toward partnership management.
Through various personal-development assessments, I uncovered my core strengths: Gallup’s Woo, Communication, Activator, Strategic, and Responsibility; FRIS’s relational Partner style paired with an Enthusiast action mode; and MindSonar’s balanced drive across multiple motivational dimensions. Each insight confirmed one truth: my passion lies in nurturing relationships.
As the Flotiq partnership program started to take shape, we set out to build something genuinely valuable for our future partners, not just a label, but real support, technical know-how, and opportunities to grow together. That direction aligned perfectly with my experience in relationship management and community building. When the need for a dedicated role emerged, I stepped in as Partnership Manager, a natural continuation of my professional path.
This role also complements my voluntary work as a Board Member and VP of Membership at PMI Poland Chapter, where I act as an associate, collaborating closely with the project-management community I deeply care about.
