My name is Maksim Pankov, Delivery Manager at Mad Devs since June 2021. I work on diverse projects, including HealthTech, AI, FinTech, Telecom, and Logistics, collaborating with talented teams to deliver technology that makes a real impact. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to innovate, which keeps my work exciting.

What inspires you to work in the tech industry?

I enjoy tackling complex business challenges with cutting-edge technology. The fast pace of tech pushes me to constantly learn and adapt. Knowing that my work helps shape solutions people will rely on tomorrow motivates me every day.
