1. Demo App

What has been done?

Implemented demo portfolio application with example data and process to add it to the account right after registration for the trial.

Developed a modal informing users about exceeding plugin limits and automatically turning off plugins when the limit is reached.

What does this mean for the user?

Users on trial plans can easily populate their accounts with example data and see it in action with a live preview.

Users are informed when they exceed plugin limits, and plugins are automatically disabled.

This allows for a smoother onboarding experience and better understanding of Flotiq's capabilities.

2. Mass Publish and Cascade Publish

What has been done?

Enabled the ability to publish linked sections when publishing a page.

Implemented functionality to publish multiple subpages simultaneously.

What does this mean for the user?

Content editors can now publish entire sections of their website simultaneously, saving time and ensuring consistency.

Publishing multiple subpages is now a streamlined process.

3. Astro Flotiq Connector

What has been done?

Developed an Astro collection to simplify building websites based on Flotiq. Published the package on npm.

What does this mean for the user?

Developers no longer need to manually create Astro collections, significantly speeding up the initial project setup.

Easier integration of Flotiq data into Astro websites.

The package is awaiting inclusion in https://astro.build/integrations and will be further developed.

4. Limits Modal for Non-Admin Organisation Users

What has been done?

Developed a modal allowing non-admin users to view the limits on their account.

What does this mean for the user?

All users can now easily see the account limits and know who to contact for plan upgrades.

5. Major Maintenance Work

What has been done?

We moved to React 19 to ensure the editor is as fast and secure as humanly possible.

What does this mean for the user?

A more secure system with the latest software versions and security patches. Faster development, leading to quicker delivery of new features and fixes.

  • Added a proxy for images in S3 to reduce backend load.

  • Improved updating content type definitions with unique fields.

  • Improved providing information about deprecated features.

  • Improved documentation regarding the new SDK and Next.js.

  • Improved CLI and SDK: publication, and more internal types are available for export and handling.

  • Fixed Multilingual and DeepL plugins issues.

  • Added fuzzy search functionality.

  • Improved the registration process by removing redundant checkboxes.

  • Fixed considering special characters when filtering in the editor.

  • Improved the visibility of selected relation elements in the selection modal.
