Subscription to our services is renewed month-to-month or paid yearly and cancel anytime basis. You'll retain full access to that plan until the end of the billing cycle. We do not offer lifetime plans unless it is during special sales or promotions.

Cancelling a Flotiq subscription is an easy and no-questions-asked process. It’s done right from your admin panel. If you do, you will be downgraded to the Free plan, where you have lower limits. 

Your plan automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle, but you can stop them from renewing by cancelling at any time. You will still pay the remainder of the term for the plan you signed up for. 

No. Flotiq is a fully managed web service. Flotiq does provide many standard methods for exporting your data.

Yes, at any time, in your admin panel. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.

Flotiq packages do not have resource limits for normal usage with the Enterprise Plan.
